Children and adults are invited to discover the art of designing hats in 'Top Hats', an interactive section of the 'Hats: An Anthology by Stephen Jones' exhibition. Visitors are able to create their own feathery fascinator, pillbox, turban, or Easter bonnet using crêpe paper and stencils inspired by the hats on display, including the fantastical creations of milliner extraordinaire, Stephen Jones.
