Open data

The Queensland Art Gallery | Gallery of Modern Art (QAGOMA) publishes all open data about its Collection, including associated artists and organisations. This data is available on the Queensland Government’s Open Data Portal: https://www.data.qld.gov.au/

The data is refreshed monthly and encompasses vital metadata about the artworks in the Collection, as well as the artists behind these works. It is published in CSV format (Comma Separated Values) and is easily accessible and readable in common spreadsheet applications like Excel and LibreOffice. Importantly, each artwork entry contains a link to QAGOMA’'s Collection API, where additional details and images can be found.
