Hiromi Aoki was educated at Tokyo Women's College of Fine Arts, and as a member of the Japanese Print Association has exhibited in group exhibitions, including 'The Urban Bonsai' at Queensland Art Gallery in 1992. The work Spring temptations is a bold and imaginative image that recalls the verve of the German Expressionist woodblock prints produced in the early twentieth century.
