Butterflies and wild daisies are common subjects for Lindy Rontji. She admires the cooperative relationship between these two species, which work together to ensure each other's survival. Butterflies feed on daisy pollen, ensuring its proliferation. The spirit of sharing and mutual aid embodied in this relationship can be seen as a metaphor for bush life, in which cooperation is necessary for survival.
