This untitled suite of screenprints and accompanying drawing (Acc. nos 1994.255.001-008) adopts the ink and brush drawing method of Sumi masters. Max Gimblett's rapidly executed calligraphic marks are intentionally spare and allow the paper support equal expressive power.
