Asia Pacific Triennial on video
The Asia Pacific Triennial of Contemporary Art is QAGOMA's flagship international contemporary art event, and the only major exhibition series in the world to focus exclusively on the contemporary art of Asia, the Pacific and Australia. Installed across our neighbouring buildings in Brisbane – the Queensland Art Gallery (QAG) and Gallery of Modern Art (GOMA) – the Triennial is a unique opportunity to experience innovative, beautiful and thought-provoking works of art by artists, collectives and projects from countries across the region.
Below, explore videos celebrating the long history of the Asia Pacific Triennial – from 1993 to now – along with videos highlighting artists whose work will be presented at V&A South Kensington in 2026 for 'Rising Voices'.
